Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) memeriksa mantan Hakim Ad Hoc Tipikor Mahkamah Agung sebagai saksi penyidikan kasus dugaan suap dalam vonis bebas terpidana Ronald Tannur.
“Tim Jaksa penyidik pada Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) memeriksa AL selaku mantan Hakim Ad Hoc Tipikor pada Mahkamah Agung,” kata Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejagung Harli Siregar dalam keterangannya di Jakarta, Rabu.
Ia mengatakan, saksi AL diperiksa untuk tersangka Zarof Ricar (ZR) selaku mantan pejabat Mahkamah Agung dan tersangka Lisa Rahmat (LR) selaku pengacara Ronald Tannur.
Selain AL, kata Harli, penyidik juga memeriksa DI selaku Fungsional Penata Kehakiman Ahli Muda pada Biro Pengawasan Perilaku Hakim sejak Oktober 2022 sampai dengan saat ini.
Adapun saksi DI diperiksa untuk tersangka Meirizka Widjaja (MW) yang merupakan ibu kandung dari Ronald Tannur.
“Pemeriksaan saksi dilakukan untuk memperkuat pembuktian dan melengkapi pemberkasan dalam perkara dimaksud,” ucapnya.
Diketahui, pada mulanya Kejagung dalam kasus dugaan suap vonis bebas terpidana Ronald Tannur telah menetapkan empat tersangka, yaitu tiga hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surabaya, yakni Erintuah Damanik (ED), Heru Hanindyo (HH), dan Mangapul (M) selaku penerima suap dan Lisa Rahmat (LR) yang merupakan pengacara Ronald Tannur selaku pemberi suap.
Kemudian, Kejagung kembali menetapkan satu orang tersangka dalam kasus dugaan suap ini, yaitu ibu kandung Ronald Tannur, Meirizka Widjaja (MW).
Direktur Penyidikan Jampidsus Kejagung Abdul Qohar mengatakan, mengatakan, tersangka Meirizka meminta tersangka Lisa Rahmat untuk menjadi penasihat hukum bagi putranya.
Ia mengatakan bahwa Meirizka telah lama kenal dengan Lisa lantaran anak mereka dalam satu sekolah yang sama. Kemudian Meirizka menemui Lisa sebanyak dua kali untuk membicarakan kasus putranya.
“LR menyampaikan ke tersangka MW bahwa ada hal-hal yang perlu dibiayai dalam pengurusan kasus Ronald dan langkah-langkah yang ditempuh,” ucapnya.
Selanjutnya, Lisa meminta kepada seorang mantan pejabat Mahkamah Agung, Zarof Ricar (ZR), agar diperkenalkan kepada seorang pejabat di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surabaya yang berinisial R untuk memilih majelis hakim yang akan menyidangkan perkara Ronald Tannur.
